Registering for Imagination 2011 can only be done online and before Friday 28 October 2011. You can register by filling in this form and submit your details. After you have submitted your registration you will receive a confirmation by email. An invoice will be sent to you within 3 days.

Liability
By registering, participants accept that neither the Organisation Committee nor Conference Secretariat can accept any liability. Participants shall therefore arrange their own medical and travel insurance.

Disclaimer
The organisation reserves the right to alter or cancel without notice parts of the conference due to reasons beyond its control. This includes packages, programming, as well as other activities directly or indirectly related to the conference. The Organisation Committee and the conference management cannot be held liable for the loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience caused by such changes or cancellations.

It's no longer possible to apply using this form.
  • All the amounts mentioned are exclusive of 19% VAT.
  • The place of delivery is in the Netherlands, where VAT always applies, even for foreign participants and/or companies.
  • Discounts are valid only if the registration and payment terms have been met.
  • If the invoice is not paid on time, the discount arrangements lapse automatically.
  • The early booking discounts lapse if the invoice is not paid on time.
  • Registration is personal and is therefore not transferable, unless otherwise agreed with the organisers.
  • An administration fee of € 12.50 is charged for each payment reminder.
  • Correspondence will only be entered into in writing, by e-mail and/or by post.
  • Refunds and discounts are given after the event.
  • Exchanges rates may vary and bank charges will be deducted or charged.
Any changes to or cancellation of your registration must be made in writing to the organisers.
  • If cancellation is made on or before 1 July 2011: the payment will be refunded after the event, less a cancellation fee of 25%.
  • If cancellation is made on or before 1 September 2011: the payment will be refunded after the event, less a cancellation fee of 50%.
  • Cancellations made after 1 September 2011 will not be refunded.
